5" x 7" acrylic on canvas panel. I started out with 2 bottles of nail polish for a still life. They were fun colors,a bright pink and yellow,but the shapes were boring,just square.After painting them,they just didn't seem to have enough pizazz,so I found this other bottle with a curvy shape and a beautiful bright red ,put it in front of some other objects like an old clock and a Moet champagne box we had on our table that someone gave us last Christmas and I wanted to suggest a story,maybe a night out on the town ,or getting ready for a date....Monday, June 2, 2014
"A Night Out"
