Pies 'N Snowballs

This was meant to be a continuation in a series of still life's on all those "classic" treats we ate as kids...it goes with the other one I did entitled"Sweet Treats"...I just never got around to doing more..maybe later..like donuts,sundaes..

This one is 8" x 10" oil on canvas....

Another of my watercolors I did along time ago..I think I'm going to do more portraits of people from all over the world-yes it's probably cheating to use travel brochures...but you use what you have.right?More to come from India,Thailand.....Enjoy!

Elizabeth

This is a painting of our neighbor Elizabeth-actually she passed this past February. We had often talked about me

doing a painting of her in her full sari..but .never got around to it..So I decided to do it as a tribute to her.Elizabeth was born in Chennai and came to Culver City California with her family as a teenager.
